We run MailTrooper on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The AWS cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.

As well as the security features built into the AWS service, we also use 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transfer on the platform and forms as well as daily backups of all your data, in case anything goes wrong.

It sure is. You can send up to 1,000 emails per month (with a sending maximum of 500 emails per day) without paying us a dime. We don’t even ask for a credit card.

Your plan will automatically upgrade to the next tier when you cross your limit. No work is required on your side! You can keep an eye on your contacts count by logging in to your Upscribe dashboard and going to the Contacts page.

If you choose a monthly subscription, yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at anytime, or downgrade to a lower plan right before the end of your billing period. Regardless of which plan you select, your contact lists, campaign data and statistics will still be stored and accessed to. If you choose a yearly subscription, you can only do an upgrade during your billing period.

In addition to credit card payments, MailTrooper also accepts wire transfers. You can subscribe to a prepaid account (the minimum deposit is $50USD). When your plan is renewed, the fee will be taken from your prepaid account. We do not accept cheques.

Yes, you can! To help new transactional (SMTP) senders build a positive reputation over time, we apply an hourly sending bandwidth for accounts using our shared IPs. You'll start with the capacity to send 40 emails per hour, and your bandwidth will be adjusted automatically based on your engagement metrics. (Bandwidth limits do not affect senders using a dedicated IP.)
